In Teknologi i Praksis, we have several partners. We work continuously with several municipalities, where we help both citizens and employees to get the best strategies and aids according to their specific needs.
This can be within AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), adaptation of the workplace for motor disabilities, apps for cognitive support (memory, structure, reminders, calendar, etc.), alternative operation for PCs and tablets, help for the dyslexic and much more.
Teknologi i Praksis is in a strategic partnership with Aarhus Municipality and the department of Assisted Living Technology. We are hired to various tasks e.g. operation and management of the DokkX, a welfare technology experience space funded by the City Council of Aarhus Municipality.
We also work with the implementation of welfare technologies in the municipality as well as facilitating digital education for citizens of Aarhus in AppsCafé.
Teknologi i Praksis is also part of the steering group in CareWare – a dialogue platform for the development and implementation of welfare technology.
